Get ready to crush leg day with this bodyweight HIIT dance fitness workout to "Havana" by Camila Cabello featuring Young Thug!
Tone up those legs, booty, and inner thighs with the built-in squat challenge (55 total reps per round)! Just follow along with the series of variations including standard squats, sumo squats, pulsing squats, and jump squats, alternating with just enough Zumba dance cardio to recover for the next set.
Make sure you keep good form! If the pulsing squats are too much, stick to the standard ones throughout. If the jump squats at the end are just not happening, take it down a notch to the pulses. Good form is so important so you work the right muscles and don't get injured.
