Work Your Entire Body With This One Move – Crow Burpee!

We all have a love/hate relationship with burpees. So effective, but so hard!

But that’s what’s so great about burpees — they WORK!

Here’s an awesome burpee variation for you to try. The crow burpee is a yoga interval-style move that incorporates crow pose (bakasana) arm balance. It’s actually kinda fun! (Then again I think any arm balance is fun, so maybe it’s just me?)

Try adding 3 sets of 10 to your workout, or use it as an exercise in a HIIT routine. (Modify as necessary if you can’t quite do crow yet. Start by just rocking forward, keeping toes on the ground, and then step or jump back. Next you can move up to lifting one foot off the ground, then work up to the full version.)
