Get in champion mode with kicks, punches, squats, burpees, and Zumba style moves! Try to keep your core tight and engaged throughout, during the punches especially. Make sure to get low in that squat position during the burpees, both on the way down and up. You can keep the starting slow speed throughout if you need to, or once you've got the routine down pat, start out at the faster speed if you want high intensity all the way.
Do multiple rounds for a full bodyweight workout, or combine with other Fit Body Beats routines for a fun and varied sweat session.
